nightbet Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "nightbet," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the nightbet platform, accessible at nightbet.vip, and the entity operating it.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the nightbet platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the nightbet platform following successful completion of the registration process.

• "Applicable Regulations" means all laws, regulations, guidelines, and directives of the Republic of the Philippines that apply to online gaming operations and player participation.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee for any third party.

nightbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of nightbet services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per player: Each player is permitted to hold only one nightbet account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nightbet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. nightbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of compromise: If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify nightbet support immediately.
• Account non-transferability: Your nightbet account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

All financial transactions on the nightbet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: nightbet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your nightbet wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. nightbet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. nightbet processes approved withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within approximately 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your nightbet account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• nightbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Funds in your nightbet account may not be transferred to another player's account.
• nightbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or network outages beyond our reasonable control.

nightbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. nightbet reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active in your nightbet account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds not wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• nightbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and subject to active wagering will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

All games available on the nightbet platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

nightbet works exclusively with certified game providers whose random number generator (RNG) systems are independently audited for fairness. The outcome of all games is determined by these certified systems and is not subject to manipulation by nightbet or any third party.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nightbet platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to interact with the platform without direct human input.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct in connection with the use of the nightbet platform.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with other players to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage betting).

nightbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, accessible from the account settings panel after login:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.

• Reality checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying the duration of their current gaming session.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nightbet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the nightbet platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any nightbet content.
• Use any nightbet trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the nightbet platform.

Any unauthorised use of nightbet intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nightbet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your nightbet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nightbet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill or reputation.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service interruptions beyond nightbet's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

nightbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the nightbet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

nightbet collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC).
• Processing deposits and withdrawals.
• Complying with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the nightbet platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
